Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 8 oz char siu
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium carrot
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic

Soak the 8 oz rice noodles in hot water until pliable, about 10 minutes, then drain.

Whisk 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Add 2 cups broccoli and 1 sliced carrot; stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Remove.

Add remaining 1 tbsp oil, then 2 minced garlic cloves and 8 oz sliced char siu; stir-fry until fragrant, 1 minute.
