Ingredients

  • 8 pieces chicken legs (drumstick + thigh)
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's or similar)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels, then arrange on a sheet pan skin-side up.

    Whisk together BBQ sauce, hot sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil in a bowl.

    Spoon glaze evenly over the chicken, coating all sides. Season with salt and pepper.

    Roast for 18–22 minutes until skin is bronzed and crispy, internal temp reaches 165°F at the thickest part.

    Remove from oven. Brush any pan glaze over the chicken one more time for shine.
