Ingredients
- 8 pieces (about 3 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's or similar)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ lime lime (juiced)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt and pepper.

Arrange thighs skin-side up on a large sheet pan, spacing them evenly. Roast for 12 minutes until skin begins to crisp.

Whisk together BBQ sauce, hot sauce, honey, paprika, and lime juice in a bowl.

Remove pan from oven. Brush glaze all over each thigh, coating skin and sides generously.

Return to oven and roast for 8–10 minutes until glaze is sticky and caramelized, thighs are cooked through.
