  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup croutons

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and arrange chicken legs skin-side up.

    Roast for 18–20 minutes until skin is caramelized and an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F at the thickest part.
