- 2 cups Fresh or frozen edamame pods
- 6 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Sea salt
Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a medium pot over high heat.

Add edamame pods and 1 tablespoon of sea salt to the boiling water.

Return to a boil and cook for 5–6 minutes until pods are tender and bright green.

Drain pods in a colander and let sit for 1 minute.

Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with remaining 1 tablespoon sea salt while still warm.

Serve immediately. Squeeze beans between thumb and forefinger to remove from pod.
