Ingredients
- 2 lbs crab legs, thawed if frozen
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 whole fresh lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced

Rinse crab legs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Squeeze lemon juice into butter and stir in parsley. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Fill a large pot with water and add salt. Insert a steamer basket and bring water to a rolling boil.
