- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili
- 2 green onions
- 1 tsp sesame oil

In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tsp sesame oil.

Place the 1.5 lb chicken thighs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat, then let sit for 10 minutes.

Transfer the chicken and marinade to a heatproof plate that fits in your steamer. Set the plate in the steamer over boiling water.
