- 1 red bell pepper
- ¼ cup chrysanthemum flowers
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Cut the 1 lb chicken breast into 1-inch chunks and the 1 red bell pepper into thin strips. Place both in a heatproof bowl that fits inside your steamer.

Pour 2 cups chicken broth over the chicken and peppers. Sprinkle with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper, then scatter 0.25 cup chrysanthemum flowers on top.
