Ingredients
- ½ lb ground chicken
- 16 count wonton wrappers
- 2 count scallions
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1
Chop scallions into thin rings. Mix ground chicken, scallions, ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl until just combined.
- 2
Place 1 tsp chicken filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet edges with water, fold in half, then bring corners together to seal.
- 3
Add 1 inch of water to a steamer pot or bamboo steamer lined with parchment. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 4
Arrange dumplings in a single layer on the steamer, leaving space between each. Cover and steam until they float and wrappers turn translucent, ~8 minutes.
- 5
Divide between two bowls. Stir remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce with a splash of water, pour over dumplings, and serve immediately.
