- 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced into 0.5-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 stalks scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)
