Ingredients

  • 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili paste
  • 16 pieces crispy rice crackers or senbei
  • ¼ cup pickled ginger (gari)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce for dipping

Instructions

    Stir mayonnaise and sriracha together in a small bowl until fully combined.

    Fold diced tuna into the spicy mayo until every piece is coated.

    Spoon a small dollop of spicy tuna onto each crispy rice cracker.
