- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili-garlic sauce (or sriracha)
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup warm water
- 1 lb sliced pork belly, warmed
- 1 head butter lettuce or Boston lettuce
- 1 cup fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, and basil, chopped)
