Ingredients
- ½ lb beef sirloin
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, zucchini, onion)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Cut the 0.5 lb beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and the 2 cups mixed vegetables into similar-sized chunks. Thread them onto skewers, alternating meat and vegetables.

In a wide pot, combine 2 cups chicken broth, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Add the skewers to the boiling broth. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until the beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

Remove the skewers from the broth and place them in a serving bowl. Ladle some broth over the top and sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds before serving.
