Ingredients
- 12 count large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cornstarch
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 2 count nori sheets
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
