Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 12 oz sushi-grade salmon, sushi-grade or ahi-grade, diced
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice, warm or room temp
- 1 whole avocado, sliced
- 2 whole nori sheets, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (black and/or white)

Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl until smooth.

Add diced salmon to the glaze and toss gently until every piece is coated.

Divide warm sushi rice between two bowls, creating a shallow well in the center.
