Ingredients

- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cut the 1.5 lb pork shoulder into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp gochujang, and 1 tbsp honey. Add pork and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

While pork marinates, cut the 1 red bell pepper and 1 red onion into 1-inch pieces. Slice the 1 cucumber into thick rounds.
