- 4 cups chicken or pork broth
- 6 oz ground pork
- 7 oz fresh ramen noodles
- 2 tbsp chili oil (or sriracha mixed with oil)
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp scallions (chopped)

Bring broth to boil in a pot. Add ground pork, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, 4 minutes.
