Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 packs ramyeon (Korean instant noodles), 2 packs
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 count large eggs
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (white or black)

Instructions

    Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot over high heat.

    Stir in gochujang and soy sauce until dissolved and no lumps remain.

    Add noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until nearly tender, about 4 minutes.

    Crack eggs into the pot one at a time and let them poach gently for 2 minutes without stirring.

    Divide noodles and broth between two bowls, top each with an egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.
