Ingredients
- 350 g pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 piece garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 150 g green cabbage
- 1 piece onion
- 100 g sliced rice cakes (tteok)
- 3 piece green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, and sugar. Toss with sliced pork and marinate 10 minutes.

If using dried rice cakes, soak in warm water 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry pork until cooked through and caramelised, about 5 minutes.

Add cabbage, onion, and rice cakes. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
