Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 2 whole eggs
- ½ sheet nori sheets (optional, for garnish)
