Ingredients
- 1.5 lb white fish fillets
- 2 lime
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Pat the 1.5 lb fish fillets dry and season both sides with the 1 tsp salt. Juice 1 lime and slice the other into wedges for serving.

Mince the 4 garlic cloves and finely chop the 2 red chili peppers (remove seeds for less heat).

Heat the 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add the garlic and chili, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Place the fish in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable. Cook until golden and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
