Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 count garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 count lemon, cut into wedges

Heat a grill pan or heavy skillet over medium-high until smoking, about 2 minutes.
