Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¾ cup crushed tomatoes
- 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ medium onion, finely minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Mix ground lamb, minced onion, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, salt, and half the cilantro in a bowl until just combined.

Roll mixture into 16 balls about 1.5 inches wide and set on a plate.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, then add meatballs in a single layer.

Cook meatballs 5–6 minutes, rolling occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Transfer to a plate.

Pour crushed tomatoes and yogurt into the skillet, stir to combine, then return meatballs to the pan.
