Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground lamb
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ cup plain yogurt

Instructions

    Brown ground lamb in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~4 minutes.

    Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly until fragrant and onion softens, ~2 minutes.

    Mix flour with water (about 0.5 cup) in a bowl until a soft dough forms. Knead briefly until smooth, ~1 minute.

    Divide dough into 2 balls. Roll one thin on a floured surface, spoon half the lamb filling into the center, then fold and seal edges.

    Pan-fry the filled paratha in the same skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides, ~3 minutes per side.
