Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 medium, thinly sliced red onion
- 3 whole green chilies
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp sumac
- 1 whole lemon
