Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 cups long-grain white rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 whole limes, cut into wedges
