Ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¾ cup roasted unsalted peanuts
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1.5 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 medium white onions, halved or quartered
- 2 whole limes
- 3 tbsp peanut oil or neutral oil
