Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz) Spam, canned
- 3 cups cooked rice, chilled
- 3 large eggs
- 1 small, diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ¾ cup frozen peas
- ½ tsp sesame oil

Slice Spam into 1/4-inch-thick rounds, then cut each round into small cubes.

Whisk eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering.
