  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 3 cloves minced garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks chopped scallions
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

    Press tofu between paper towels for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.

    Cut pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a clay pot over medium-high heat.

    Add minced ginger and garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Gently add tofu cubes and cook for 2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
