Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs live or cooked crab legs (thawed if frozen)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Korean red chili flakes (gochugaru)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

If using live crab, freeze for 15 minutes to numb. Cut each leg into 2–3 segments.
