Ingredients
- 3.5 lbs turkey wings
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Pat turkey wings dry with paper towels.

Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne, and salt in a small bowl.

Rub turkey wings all over with olive oil, then coat generously with spice mixture.

Arrange turkey wings in a roasting pan, skin side up. Pour broth and vinegar around (not over) wings.

Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes until the pan is steaming and wings are very tender.

Remove foil. Dot wings with butter and return to oven uncovered for 12–15 minutes until skin is golden.

Tilt pan and spoon any pan juices over wings. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
