Ingredients

  • 3.5 lbs turkey wings
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. Pat turkey wings dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne, and salt in a small bowl.

  3. 3

Rub turkey wings all over with olive oil, then coat generously with spice mixture.

  4. 4

Arrange turkey wings in a roasting pan, skin side up. Pour broth and vinegar around (not over) wings.

  5. 5

Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes until the pan is steaming and wings are very tender.

  6. 6

Remove foil. Dot wings with butter and return to oven uncovered for 12–15 minutes until skin is golden.

  7. 7

Tilt pan and spoon any pan juices over wings. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
