Ingredients

  • 6 tortillas flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon and sugar mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream (optional garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tortillas into triangles, then brush both sides with melted butter.

    Spread tortilla triangles on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.

    Bake tortillas 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool on the pan.

    Whisk cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.

    Layer in a 9-inch dish or bowls: crispy tortilla chips, cheesecake mix, caramel sauce. Repeat.
