Ingredients
- 2 slices bread (sourdough or whole grain)
- 1 whole avocado, ripe
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 oz smoked salmon
- ½ whole lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp white vinegar (for poaching)
