Ingredients

  • 1 whole bagel
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • ¼ small onion, thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp capers

Instructions

    Split the bagel and toast it cut-side down until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes.
