Ingredients
- 1.5 lb baby back ribs
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, mix the 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.
- 2
Pat the 1.5 lb ribs dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture all over both sides of the ribs, pressing it in to coat evenly.
- 3
Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, meat side up. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the meat is browned and pulls back from the bone ends.
- 4
For extra char, broil for 2-3 minutes until the surface is blistered and dark in spots. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing between the bones.
