Ingredients

  • 1 whole (3-4 lbs) whole smoked chicken, broken into serving pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp hot honey (or honey + 1 tsp cayenne mixed)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, ~90 seconds.

  2. 2

Add smoked chicken pieces skin-side down. Sear 3 minutes without moving until edges crisp.

  3. 3

Flip chicken. Cook 2 more minutes until heated through and golden on both sides.

  4. 4

Remove from heat. Drizzle hot honey and paprika over chicken, tossing gently to coat.

Squeeze half the lemon over the skillet. Scatter parsley on top.
