Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken breasts or thighs (skin-on, bone-in preferred)
- 2 whole medium russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
