  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 slices bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
  • 1.5 tbsp chili crisp (like Lao Gan Ma)
  • ½ whole fresh lemon
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
