  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 whole egg

    Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, about 45 seconds. Whisk in the egg until combined.

    Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients until no flour streaks remain.

    Pour batter into prepared ramekin. Bake 10-11 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
