Ingredients
- 2 pieces flour tortillas (10-inch)
- ¾ cup cooked pulled pork
- 4 slices ham, sliced
- ½ cup Oaxaca cheese or fresh mozzarella
- 1 piece jalapeño, sliced
- ¼ cup onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt and black pepper

Warm the pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

Brush one side of each tortilla lightly with melted butter.

Place one tortilla butter-side down on the hot skillet.

Layer half the cheese, pulled pork, ham, sliced onion, jalapeño, and cilantro on the tortilla.

Top with remaining cheese and place second tortilla on top, butter-side up.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy. Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden, about 3 minutes more.
