  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • ½ tsp white sesame seeds

    Pour egg mixture into a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl or ramekin.

    Microwave uncovered on 50% power for 8–9 minutes until the surface looks set but jiggles slightly when shaken.
