Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp lemon zest

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

Mince garlic and zest lemon. Have wine and lemon juice measured and ready.

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until foaming.

Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Transfer to a plate.

In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer 2 minutes.

Return shrimp to skillet and toss to coat. Cook 1 minute until heated through.
