Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 whole limes (juiced)
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 whole jalapeño, minced
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 medium mango, cut into chunks
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 12 oz mango soda

Instructions

    Dice the raw shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

    Pour lime juice over shrimp, add red onion and jalapeño, and stir gently.
