Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- ¾ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 whole ripe avocado
- 1 whole jalapeño, minced
- 1 whole Roma tomato, diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1.5 cups tortilla chips
