Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¾ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 whole jalapeño, minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ whole red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
