Ingredients
- 1.5 lb baby potatoes
- 12 oz smoked sausage
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 cups water

In a large pot, bring the 6 cups water, 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning, and 1 tsp salt to a boil over high heat.

Add the 1.5 lb baby potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Slice the 12 oz smoked sausage into 1/2-inch rounds and add to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the 1 lb shrimp and 1 cup pineapple chunks. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
