Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 10 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 2 sheet nori sheets, sliced into strips
- 2 tsp sesame seeds (black + white)

Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
