Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 10 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 2 sheet nori sheets, sliced into strips
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds (black + white)

Instructions

    Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.

    Add cubed ahi tuna and toss gently to coat. Let sit for 5 minutes.

    Divide warm rice between two bowls. Top each with marinated ahi.

    Scatter nori strips and sesame seeds over the top. Serve immediately.
