Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced + zested)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp tahini

Instructions

  1. 1

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, zest, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

  3. 3

Thread chicken cubes onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, leaving tiny gaps between pieces for even browning.

  4. 4

Place skewers in the skillet without crowding; sear 3 minutes per side until edges char and meat is cooked through (165°F internal).

  5. 5

Whisk tahini with 3 tbsp warm water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until creamy; drizzle over hot skewers.

  6. 6

Serve with warm pita, sliced tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
