Ingredients
- 1.5 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1.5 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into 2-inch rounds

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with foil.

Toss potatoes and sausage with 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp Old Bay, salt, and pepper on the sheet pan.

Roast for 12 minutes until potatoes soften at the edges.

Add corn and shrimp, toss gently, then roast 8 minutes until shrimp are pink throughout.
