Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp butter, room temperature
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 lb plums, fresh
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Cream butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg and stir until combined.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Fold dry ingredients into butter mixture until just combined.

Spread batter evenly onto the prepared sheet pan. Halve plums and press them skin-side up into the dough in rows.
